Healthy, happy, confident summer giveaway.
With summer right around the corner, or maybe already in full swing if you don’t live in New England, I figured I’d do a little giveaway. I think it’s really important to be healthy, strong, and confident this summer, regardless of your bathing suit size, and giving back always boosts my esteem.
What I’m giving away to one winner, selected at random and shipped for free in the US, because I’m awesome (but actually because I work in an office that lets me steal all their USPS boxes):
1. One yoga mat (pick a color, my studio has pretty much everything!)
2. One Nalgene bottle to bring to the beach instead of wasting plastic water bottles.
3. One pair of flip flops from Old Navy - your size and color.
4. One bottle of sport sunblock to protect that pretty skin.
5. One pair of oversized shades to keep away the UV rays. There are two choices, and both are available in pink or purple.
