In all seriousness, ab workouts don’t do shit until you get get your body fat down. A six pack is always there, it’s just covered. Lots of the world’s fittest never ever do a single crunch. The best ab workouts are cardio mixed with weights, because all lifting exercises require stabilization from your core and cardio drops your body fat. HIIT is your friend.
