Healthy recipes you can’t fuck up: my favorite protein shakes

Reese’s Pieces:
   1 scoop chocolate protein powder
   1 teaspoon peanut butter
   6-8 oz water or milk (depending on calorie limit)
   10 - 12 ice cubes

Berry Good:
   1 scoop vanilla protein powder
   handful blueberries, strawberries, raspberries (frozen or fresh)
   6-8 oz water
   10 - 12 ice cubes

Mean Green:
   1 scoop vanilla protein powder
   1/2 banana
   1 cup spinach
   6-8 oz water or milk
   10 - 12 ice cubes

Pina Colada:
   1 scoop vanilla protein powder
   1/2 cup pineapple juice
   1/2 cup orange juice
   10 - 12 ice cubes

Choco-mocha:
   1 scoop chocolate protein powder
   6-8 oz cold coffee (or one scoop instant coffee plus water)
   10 - 12 ice cubes
