handful blueberries, strawberries, raspberries (frozen or fresh)

Mean Green:

1/2 banana
1 cup spinach

Pina Colada:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice

Choco-mocha:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
6-8 oz cold coffee (or one scoop instant coffee plus water)
