Anonymous asked: I've always been naturally thin. I never dieted or exercised. But a few months ago, I lost a few pounds due to stress. Oddly enough, this weight loss made me feel powerful, and now, I want to keep going. I am 96 pounds, and I want to see how I would look if I actually tried. Is it normal to feel this way?
Yeah I mean relating weight to self worth is super common and also super bad. The best body is a healthy one, and if that means you’re naturally thin, cool, but if that means you’re forcing weight loss, not cool. You need to remind yourself every single day that your body type doesn’t define you. Life won’t be better skinny. Your mind, your personality, your ambitions, and how you react to the outside world defines you.
