Just be honest. Boys are just people. They like nerdy things and funny things and ‘girly’ things and sports and movies and TV shows and whatever. Talk about books or movies or classes or your favorite show. Don’t be overwhelmed by them. They’re just people and you need to treat them as such. Talk to them the same way you’d talk to a girlfriend, possibly omitting things like, ‘where do you get your hair done?’
